Studio Partner Terms & Conditions

Important: These terms govern the relationship between spotin and studio partners ("Partners") who list their studios on the platform. By listing your studio, you agree to these terms.

1. Partnership Agreement

1.1 Nature of Relationship

This is an independent contractor relationship. Partners are not employees, agents, or representatives of spotin. Each studio operates independently and is solely responsible for its facilities, equipment, staff, and compliance with all applicable laws.

1.2 Non-Exclusive Agreement

This agreement is non-exclusive. Partners may list their studios on other platforms or accept direct bookings. However, bookings made through spotin must honor our cancellation policies and commission structure.

Partners set their own hourly rates. spotin displays these rates and automatically calculates pass pricing with 10% discount for weekly and 20% discount for monthly passes.

Partners must maintain working equipment as listed. Any equipment downtime must be immediately reported to spotin to update availability.

Partners must provide high-quality photos of their studio. spotin reserves the right to conduct professional photography at partner expense if submitted photos don't meet quality standards.

4. Availability & Booking Management

4.1 Availability Calendar

4.2 Booking Acceptance

All bookings made through spotin are automatically confirmed. Partners cannot reject confirmed bookings except in cases of force majeure or equipment failure, which must be reported immediately.

4.3 Minimum Availability

Partners must be available for bookings at least 40 hours per week to remain active on the platform. Extended unavailability (7+ consecutive days) must be communicated in advance.

5. Quality Standards & Customer Service

Partners are rated by customers on a 5-star scale. Maintaining a minimum 4.0 average rating is required. Studios falling below 3.5 for consecutive 30 days may be suspended.

spotin will forward customer complaints to partners for resolution. Repeated complaints about the same issue may result in listing suspension until resolved.

10. Tax Compliance

Partners may delist their studio with 30 days written notice. All pending bookings must be honored, and final payment will be settled after completion.

Both parties agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before legal action.

These terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Gurugram courts.

spotin may modify these terms with 30 days notice to partners. Continued listing after notice constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
