At spotin, we strive to be fair to both customers and studio partners. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect everyone's time and investment. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
All bookings made on spotinstudios.com are subject to this cancellation and refund policy. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
⏰ Cancellation Window & Refund Policy

🔄 How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your booking, please contact us through any of the following channels with your Booking ID:

Please have your Booking ID ready when requesting a cancellation. Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business hours during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–8PM).
đź’° Refund Processing
Currently, spotin operates on a pay-at-studio model. Once online payments are introduced, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after cancellation approval
- UPI refunds: typically within 24 hours
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 5–7 business days
🏢 Studio Cancellations
In the rare event that a studio cancels your booking, spotin guarantees:
- 100% full refund regardless of cancellation time
- Priority rebooking assistance at an alternative studio
- Compensation credit for inconvenience (case by case)
Studio-initiated cancellations are taken very seriously and may result in the studio being removed from our platform.
⚠️ Exceptions & Special Cases
Refunds may be considered outside standard policy in the following cases:
- Natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions
- Medical emergencies (documentation required)
- Studio significantly misrepresented on the platform
- Technical issues caused by spotin's platform

đź“… Rescheduling
Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule your booking subject to availability:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original booking
- One free reschedule per booking
- Subsequent rescheduling may incur a ₹99 convenience fee
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email to reschedule
